Research on the Practice of Standardized Training Rotation of Hospital Administrative Personnel Based on Fine Management
Objective To explore the practice effect of standardized rotation training of public hospital administrative personnel based on fine administrative management.Methods A total of 40 newly recruited administrative personnels of He'nan Provincial People's Hospital from January 2019 to July 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the entry time,they were divided into pre-implementation(new administrative personnel from January 2019 to December 2020)and post-implementation(new administrative personnel from January 2021 to July 2023),with 20 administrative personnels in each groups.The group before implementation was given regular standardized rotation training,and the group after implementation was given standardized rotation training based on refined administrative management.The differences of comprehensive ability evaluation,comprehensive ability score and satisfaction before and after implementation were compared.Results After implementation,knowledge structure,work attitude,job adaptability,communication ability,executive ability,teamwork and comprehensive evaluation score were all higher than before implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After implementation,knowledge structure,work attitude,job adaptability,communication ability,executive ability,teamwork and comprehensive evaluation were all better than before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction after implementation was better than before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rotation training based on refined and standardized administrative management has good value in the training practice of public hospital administrative personnel,which can effectively improve the comprehensive ability score of administrative personnel,enhance the evaluation of comprehensive ability,and improve the satisfaction of administrative personnel.
