课程思政背景下《精神医学导论》课程的教学实践与思考

目前国内精神医学人才培养模式仍在探索发展中,精神医学本科教育担负着奠定医学基础能力和引领专业发展志趣的重要使命.因此在《精神医学导论》课程中利用自然学科及人文学科兼容特质,将思政元素与精神医学史有机结合,有助于促进精神医学本科生专业学习兴趣及职业认同感.文章结合国内精神医学本科教育现状,通过对授课对象学情分析、教材选择、课程内容设置、多元教学方法及综合考评等教学实践进行总结和分析,探索实现精神卫生人才素质培养目标的课程思政有效路径,提出《精神医学导论》课程设置的必要性及如何开展相关实践教学的建议,为精神医学人才培养相关的教学改革提供参考.
Teaching Practice and Thinking of the Course of Introduction to the Psychiatric Medicine Under the Background of Curricular Ideological and Political Education
At present,the cultivation mode of mental medicine talents in China is still being explored and developed.Undergraduate education in mental medicine bears the important mission of laying the foundation of medical abilities and leading professional development interests.Therefore,in the course of Introduction to the Psychiatric Medicine,utilizing the compatibility of natural and humanities disciplines,integrating ideological and political elements with the history of psychiatry,can help promote the professional learning interest and professional identity of undergraduate students in psychiatry.The article combines the current situation of undergraduate education in psychiatry in China,summarizes and analyzes the teaching practices of teaching objects,textbook selection,course content setting,diversified teaching methods,and comprehensive evaluation,explores effective paths to achieve the goal of cultivating the quality of mental health talents in the curriculum of ideological and political education,and proposes the necessity of setting up an course of Introduction to the Psychiatric Medicine and suggestions on how to carry out relevant practical teaching,providing reference for teaching reforms related to the cultivation of psychiatry talents.
