借助医药类高校优质资源开展科普工作初探

摘要
近年来,科普工作作为提升国民科学素质的重要路径,受到各个层面的普遍重视.高校作为人才培养的重要基地,拥有优质的实验室资源、高素质的教师团队及完整的教学体系,有承担起科普工作的天然优势.国务院发布的多项指南性文件中均指出依托高校资源开展全民科普活动的必要性.文章以内蒙古医科大学基础医学院自2015年起开展科普工作的实践经验为切入点,分享9年来开展科普工作的经验及心得,总结高校开展全民科普工作的优势,探讨进一步优化依托高校资源开展科普工作的路径,以期形成一套适合向其他高校推广的科普工作体系,为提高全民科学素质贡献高校的力量,展现社会主义办学背景下高校的职能担当及社会责任感.
Abstract
In recent years,as an important path to improve the national scientific quality,popular science has been paid attention to at all levels.As an important base for talent training,universities have high-quality laboratory resources,high-quality teaching team and complete teaching system,which have the natural advantages to undertake popular science work.Many guiding documents issued by the State Council have pointed out the necessity of carrying out popular science activities for the whole nation relying on the resources of universities.Taking the practical experience of popular science work in School of Basic Medical Science,Inner Mongolia Medical University since 2015 as the breakthrough point.This paper shares the experience and experience of popular science work in the past nine years,summarizes the advantages of popular science work in universities,and explores the path of further optimizing popular science work relying on the resources of universities,in order to form a set of popular science work system suitable for promotion to other universities,contribute to improving the scientific quality of the whole nation,and show the functions and social responsibility of universities under the background of socialism.
