医学专业课程"六步法"思政资源建设路径探索

课程思政资源建设是专业课程教师进行课程思政的基础和关键."六步法"将课程思政理论与医学微生物学课程教学实践相结合,探索了六个步骤的课程思政资源建设路径:领悟课程思政教学内容以明确资源建设立足点,熟读专业人才培养方案以明晰资源建设关切点,分析课程特点以找准资源建设着眼点,挖掘思政元素以聚焦资源建设切入点,"九个一"中找素材以拓展资源建设生发点,以及提纲挈领凝练思政主旨.实践结果表明,"六步法"保障了思政素材的准确性,提高了课程思政的契合度,具象化了思政资源的来源,丰富了思政资源的类型,提升了教师的思政素养,锻炼了教师的思政能力,涵养了专业课程的厚度与温度,从而为医学专业课思政资源质量和教师思政能力的提升提供了思路和途径.
Exploration of the Construction Path of Ideological and Political Resources in the"Six Step Method"of Medical Professional Courses
The construction of curriculum ideological and political resources is the basis and key for professional curriculum teachers to carry out curriculum ideological and political work."Six-step"combines curriculum ideological and political theory with the teaching practice of medical microbiology,and explores the path of six-step curriculum ideological and political resources construction:understand the ideological and political teaching content of the course to clarify the foothold of resource construction,read the professional personnel training plan to clarify the concerns of resource construction,analyze the characteristics of the course to find the focus of resource construction,dig the ideological and political elements to focus on the entry point of resource construction,find materials in the"nine one"to expand the development of resource construction,and outline the ideological and political themes.The practical results show that the"six-step"guarantees the accuracy of ideological and political materials,improves the degree of ideological and political compatibility of the curriculum,concretizes the source of ideological and political resources,enricfies the types of ideological and political resources,improves the ideological and political literacy of teachers,exercises their ideological and political ability,and cultivates the thickness and temperature of professional courses.It provides a way to improve the quality of ideological and political resources and teachers'ideological and political ability.
