临床实践指南在我国儿科临床中的运用与思考

摘要
临床实践指南作为一种决策工具,旨在缩小当前最佳医学证据与临床实践之间的差距.文章结合儿科学的特点,重点探讨了我国儿科临床实践指南存在的一些问题.首先,医学生和临床医生在循证医学理念方面存在不足,临床实践指南的接触时间相对较晚,对临床实践指南的了解不够充分.其次,临床实践指南的获取和利用存在困难,同时我国儿科医师的短缺以及他们面临的巨大工作负荷,为临床实践指南的应用带来了一定的障碍.为解决这些问题,高等医学教育应注重指南教学,培养学生循证观念和解决临床问题的能力.同时,相关部门应推广标准化指南,开发本土化指南评价工具和建立指南数据库,以促进指南在临床实践中的应用.为了促进儿科医学的发展,优化儿科医疗资源的配置,加快儿科人才队伍的建设也至关重要,只有提高儿科医学人才的工作热情和科研能力,才能推动儿科医学事业不断向前发展.
Abstract
Clinical practice guidelines serve as a decision-making tool designed to close the gap between current best medical evidence and clinical practice.Combining with the characteristics of pediatrics,this paper discusses some problems existing in the clinical practice guidelines of pediatrics in China.First of all,medical students and clinicians have shortcomings in the concept of evidence-based medicine,the contact time of clinical practice guidelines is relatively late,and the understanding of clinical practice guidelines is not enough.Secondly,the acquisition and utilization of clinical practice guidelines are difficult.At the same time,the shortage of pediatricians in China and the huge workload they face have brought certain obstacles to the application of clinical practice guidelines.In order to solve these problems,higher medical education should pay attention to guide teaching and cultivate students'evidence-based concept and ability to solve clinical problems.At the same time,relevant departments should promote standardized guidelines,develop localized guidelines evaluation tools and establish guidelines databases to promote the application of guidelines in clinical practice.In order to promote the development of pediatric medicine,optimizing the allocation of pediatric medical resources and speeding up the construction of pediatric talents are of great importance.Only by improving the work enthusiasm and scientific research ability of pediatric medical talents can we promote the continuous development of pediatric medicine.
