Application Effect of Flipped Teaching Based on Rain Classroom in Teaching of Neonatology
Objective To explore the application of flipped teaching based on rain classroom in the teaching of neonatology.Methods A total of 54 junior resident physicians who received standardized training in the neonatology department and undergraduates from January to July 2022 were selected,and they were randomly divided into a research group and a control group,with 27 physicians in each group.The research group used the flipped teaching method based on the rain class to teach,while the control group used the traditional teaching method,and the proficiency test results and teaching evaluation between the groups were compared.Results The theoretical scores of A1,A2,A3,A4 and B1 questions in the research group were higher than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant between them(P<0.05).Skill operation scores in the research group were higher than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant between them(P<0.001).The efficiency of teachers in the research group prepared lessons,highlighted the key points of the course content,inspired the course content,the clinical practicability of the course,and improved learning was higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant between them(P<0.05).Conclusion The application model of flipped teaching based on rain classroom in the teaching of neonatology can improve the learning effect and operation level of clinical residents,and be of great help for improving the clinical teaching level of teachers.
