摘要

目的 探讨基于雨课堂的翻转教学在新生儿学教学中应用的效果.方法 选取 2022 年 1-7 月在新生儿科进行规范化培训及本科室低年资住院医师 54 名,采用随机法抽号将其分为观察组及对照组,每组 27 名.观察组采用基于雨课堂的翻转教学方法进行授课,对照组采用传统的教学方法.比较 2 组间水平测试结果、教学评价的差异.结果 观察组的A1、A2、A3、A4 及B1题型的理论成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组病史采集、病历书写、医患沟通、新生儿窒息复苏术及腰椎穿刺术技能操作成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001).观察组的教师备课情况、课程内容重点突出、课程内容启发性、课程临床实用性及提高学习效率方面均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 基于雨课堂的翻转教学在新生儿学中的应用模式可以提高临床住院医师的学习效果及操作水平,有助于提高教师的临床教学水平.

Abstract

Objective To explore the application of flipped teaching based on rain classroom in the teaching of neonatology.Methods A total of 54 junior resident physicians who received standardized training in the neonatology department and undergraduates from January to July 2022 were selected,and they were randomly divided into a research group and a control group,with 27 physicians in each group.The research group used the flipped teaching method based on the rain class to teach,while the control group used the traditional teaching method,and the proficiency test results and teaching evaluation between the groups were compared.Results The theoretical scores of A1,A2,A3,A4 and B1 questions in the research group were higher than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant between them(P<0.05).Skill operation scores in the research group were higher than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant between them(P<0.001).The efficiency of teachers in the research group prepared lessons,highlighted the key points of the course content,inspired the course content,the clinical practicability of the course,and improved learning was higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant between them(P<0.05).Conclusion The application model of flipped teaching based on rain classroom in the teaching of neonatology can improve the learning effect and operation level of clinical residents,and be of great help for improving the clinical teaching level of teachers.
