Objective To explore the value of the simulation teaching and training system in the standardized training of residents in imaging specialty. Methods A total of 60 Inner Mongolia Medical University residents with standardized training(major in imaging)from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected and divided into reference group and experimental group,30 in each group. The routine teaching method was adopted in the reference group, and the simulated teaching and training system teaching method was adopted in the experimental group. The method of questionnaire was used to investigate the residents'comprehensive satisfaction, and the educational environment assessment scale was used to evaluate the teaching effect. Results The scores of learning perception[(28.81±1.00)points],academic perception[(20.81±1.04)points],environment perception[(29.81±1.04)points]and teacher perception[(32.77±0.94)points]of the experimental group were higher than those of the reference group[(22.42±0.72)points,(14.42±1.00)points,(24.42±0.27)points and(21.32±0.34)points],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).There was no significant difference between the two groups in social and self aspects(P>0.05).In the evaluation of teaching methods, the awareness of improving clinical communication was 93.34%,the basic knowledge of doctor-patient communication was 80.00%,the skills of doctor-patient communication was 90.00%,the application of professional knowledge was 86.66%,the awareness of humanistic care to patients was 86.66%,and the adaptation to clinical work was 83.34%.The scores of professional knowledge and practical operation skills in the experimental group were better than those in the reference group(P<0.001).Conclusion The simulation teaching and training system is helpful to improve the ability of residents in imaging specialty to master the imaging machinery in the standardized training stage.
