Application of Simulation Training Teaching Mode in Standardized Training Teaching of Thoracic and Cardiac Surgeons
Objective To explore the application effect of simulated training teaching mode in standardized training teaching of thoracic and cardiac surgeons.Methods A total of 50 physicians who received standardized physician training in the department of thoracic and cardiac surgery of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from January 2021 to June 2022 were then grouped into a study,in which the traditional teaching method was applied to the control group(n=25),and the simulated training teaching method was then given to the observation group(n=25)for clinical application.The data in the table of the two groups were analyzed based on the final score of the examination,the learning outcome after teaching,the ability of theory and practice in clinical application,and the feeling of the content after explaining.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge[(92.41±5.32)points],clinical skills[(91.98±4.76)points],case analysis[(92.75±4.83)points]in the observation group were higher than those in the control group[(82.65±6.03)points,(80.04±5.37)points,(80.94±5.45)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The observation group was higher than the control group,such as stimulating learning interest,independent learning ability,promoting communication ability,improving teamwork ability and improving clinical thinking ability,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the mini-clinical evaluation exercise(Mini-CEX)score,the doctors in the observation group had higher scores than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group in teaching mode,teacher-student interaction,teachers'teaching enthusiasm,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of simulated training teaching mode in the standardized training teaching of thoracic and cardiac surgeons is remarkable,which can effectively improve the teaching effect and teaching satisfaction,improve the clinical practice ability,and has positive clinical significance.
