在全科医学教学中开展联合教学模式的SWOT分析

随着国家政策及基层社区医疗建设的推进,对全科医学人才的需求日益增长,如何高效、快速地将全科医学生培养为有岗位胜任能力的基层医生成为时下热点问题.为此,武汉大学第二临床学院开展了小规模限制性在线课程(small private online course,SPOC)与以团队为基础学习(team-based learning,TBL)教学法相结合的新型教学模式.文章通过态势分析法(strength,weakness,opportunity and threat,SWOT)分析该混合教学模式在全科医学教育中的内部环境(优势、劣势)和外部条件(机遇、威胁),探讨在全科医学教学中的意义,总结存在的不足及改进措施.旨在构建一套以全科医生岗位胜任能力为核心的研究生培养范式,重点培养全科医学专业型研究生的临床知识理解能力和思维习惯方式,提升医疗教育的质量,为社会输送优秀的全科医生人才.
SWOT Analysis of the Combined Teaching Mode in General Medicine Teaching
With the advancement of national policies and the construction of grassroots community healthcare,the demand for general practitioners is also increasing.How to efficiently and quickly cultivate general practitioners into competent grassroots doctors has become a hot topic at present.Hence,the Second Clinical College of Wuhan University has developed a new teaching model that combines small private online course(SPOC)with team based learning(TBL).This article analyzes the internal environment(advantages,disadvantages)and external conditions(opportunities,threats)of the that combined teaching model in general medicine education through SWOT(strength,weakness,opportunity and threat)analysis,explores the significance of implementing this combined teaching mode in general medicine teaching,summarizes the existing shortcomings and improvement measures.The aim is to construct a graduate training paradigm centered on the competency of general practitioners,with a focus on cultivating the clinical knowledge understanding ability and thinking habits of general practitioners,improving the quality of medical education,and delivering excellent general practitioner talents to the society.
