Reflections on the Teaching of Medical Laboratory Interns in the New Situation
Under the new situation,the development of medical laboratory gradually automation,information,intelligent,which makes the medical laboratory practice teaching work should be innovative.At present,there are still some problems in the teaching work of the medical laboratory,which is manifested as the relative reduction of qualified teaching personnel,the great pressure of teaching work,and the phenomenon that the teaching work still attaches importance to medical practice and ignores theoretical guidance.The lack of communication between teachers and students,between laboratory and clinical,the practice effect is not good.At the same time,under the new situation,there are some problems in interns such as greater pressure on future planning,lax attitude towards practice,lack of practical ability and weak awareness of biosafety.In view of these problems,this paper summarizes and proposes that the medical laboratory should establish an examination system for teaching personnel,and strengthen the learning of personnel with teaching qualification.Teaching staff can fully combine diverse educational resources,such as the use of small private online course(SPOC)mixed teaching model,to improve the quality of teaching.At the same time,the characteristics of different professional groups should be combined in teaching to strengthen the training of interns'awareness of biosafety,so as to lay a foundation for better training of outstanding medical laboratory talents.
