新时代背景下,为了落实立德树人的根本任务,对医学院校的思想政治教育工作提出了更高的要求.立足学科课程特点基础上,加强医学生思政教育,全面推进课程思政建设是首要途径.文章在充分把握病理学学科特点、教学大纲及培养目标的基础上,通过深挖病理教学过程中的思政元素、建设系统的病理学课程思政的教学体系、培养专业的课程思政教师队伍,同时改变病理学传统"填鸭式"等教学方法,提出和应用以问题为基础的教学模式(problem-based learning,PBL),以案例为基础的教学模式(case-based learning,CBL)、翻转课堂、微信网络平台及直播平台等新的教学方法,将思政元素结合一定的教学方法和教辅工具(如实验室标本)润物细无声地融入病理学课堂,既能提高学生学习的主动性和积极性,同时也能达到对医学生思想政治的教育的目的,从而培养三观正、专业知识扎实、医德好的新时代医学精英,努力推动教学的改革与创新.
Application and Exploration on Curriculum Ideological and Political Education in Pathology Teaching
In the context of the new era,higher requirements have been put forward for the ideological and political education work in medical colleges in order to implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and cultivating talents.Based on the characteristics of the subject curriculum,strengthening the ideological and political education of medical students and comprehensively promoting the ideological and political construction of the curriculum is the primary approach.On the basis of fully grasping the characteristics,teaching outline,and training objectives of pathology,this article proposes and applies new teaching methods such as problem-based learning(PBL),case-based learning(CBL),flipping classroom,WeChat network platform,and live streaming platform to deeply explore the ideological and political elements in the pathology teaching process,build a systematic teaching system for ideological and political education in pathology courses,cultivate a professional team of ideological and political teachers,and change the traditional"cramming"teaching methods of pathology.By combining ideological and political elements with certain teaching methods and teaching aids(such as laboratory specimens),it can not only improve the initiative and enthusiasm of students in learning,but also achieve the goal of educating medical students on ideological and political education.In order to cultivate new era medical elites with positive values,solid professional knowledge,and good medical ethics,and strive to promote teaching reform and innovation.
