医学生法律法规意识培养是医学教育中的重要组成部分,对于培养医学生正确处理医疗纠纷、提高医学生职业道德素养、保障医患双方权益具有重要意义.文章以医学生法律意识培养路径为研究对象,探析了医学生法律意识培养中存在的问题以及其重要性.通过文献综述和实证研究,提出了一种基于混合式教育的医学生法律意识培养路径,旨在提高医学生对法律知识的理解和应用能力,培养其法律意识和法律素养.该路径包括线上学习、线下实践和个性化辅导等多种教学方法的有机结合,以促进医学生在法律意识方面的全面发展.研究结果表明,基于混合式教育的医学生法律意识培养路径能够有效提高医学生的法律素养水平,增强其法律意识和法律责任感,为其未来的医学实践提供了有力的支持.
Exploration on the Path of Legal Awareness Cultivation for Medical Students Based on Blended Education
The cultivation of legal awareness among medical students is an integral part of medical education,holding significant importance in fostering their ability to handle medical disputes,enhancing their professional ethics,and safeguarding the rights and interests of both patients and medical practitioners.This article focuses on the cultivation path of legal awareness among medical students,analyzing the existing issues and highlighting its significance.Through literature review and empirical research,a blended education-based cultivation path for legal awareness among medical students is proposed,aiming to improve their understanding and application of legal knowledge,as well as cultivate their legal consciousness and literacy.This path encompasses the organic combination of various teaching methods,such as online learning,offline practice,and personalized guidance,to facilitate the comprehensive development of medical students'legal awareness.The research findings indicate that the blended education-based cultivation path for legal awareness among medical students effectively enhances their level of legal literacy,strengthens their legal consciousness and sense of legal responsibility,and provides robust support for their future medical practice.
