Research on the Evaluation System of Pediatric Master's Degree Students Based on the Core of Post Competence
There is still a certain gap between the actual work ability and job requirements of pediatric professional graduate students under the current knowledge-based training mode.This paper,by considering post competency as a key factor affecting the quality of pediatric master's degree training,establishes a set of indicators that cover the course of learning stage,standardized training stage for residents,and scientific research stage,which are in line with the features of pediatric master's degree training in our country.It can provide scientific,reasonable and systematical evaluation about the quality of the training,which can be used for reference.The evaluation system emphasizes the assessment focus and methods of post competency at different learning stages.By involving multiple subjects in evaluation activities and providing timely feedback on evaluation results,it can guide the adjustment of individualized training plans and enhance the subjective initiative of graduate students.Through the management and supervision process of the evaluation system,weak links in the training process can be identified,so as to provide a certain basis for improving the training quality of pediatric degree graduates and deepening the education reform.
