以岗位胜任力为核心构建儿科专业学位硕士研究生评价体系的研究

在现行的知识性培养模式下,儿科专业型研究生本人及用人单位对毕业生总体评价与岗位要求之间仍存在一定差距.文章通过将岗位胜任力作为影响儿科专业学位研究生培养质量的关键因素,构建一套覆盖课程学习阶段、住院医师规范化培训阶段以及科学研究阶段的符合我国儿科专业学位硕士研究生培养特色,能够科学合理、系统完善的评价培养质量的指标体系,为全方位客观衡量儿科专业学位硕士生培养成效提供可供执行及借鉴的评价指标.评价体系的应用强调不同学习阶段岗位胜任力的考核重点及方式,通过多主体参与评价活动并及时反馈评价结果能指导调整个体化培养方案并提升研究生主观能动性,通过对评价体系的管理监督发现培养过程中存在的薄弱环节,从而为提高儿科专业学位研究生培养质量及深化教育改革提供一定依据.
Research on the Evaluation System of Pediatric Master's Degree Students Based on the Core of Post Competence
There is still a certain gap between the actual work ability and job requirements of pediatric professional graduate students under the current knowledge-based training mode.This paper,by considering post competency as a key factor affecting the quality of pediatric master's degree training,establishes a set of indicators that cover the course of learning stage,standardized training stage for residents,and scientific research stage,which are in line with the features of pediatric master's degree training in our country.It can provide scientific,reasonable and systematical evaluation about the quality of the training,which can be used for reference.The evaluation system emphasizes the assessment focus and methods of post competency at different learning stages.By involving multiple subjects in evaluation activities and providing timely feedback on evaluation results,it can guide the adjustment of individualized training plans and enhance the subjective initiative of graduate students.Through the management and supervision process of the evaluation system,weak links in the training process can be identified,so as to provide a certain basis for improving the training quality of pediatric degree graduates and deepening the education reform.
