Taking a University as an Example to Explore the Reform of Clinical Pharmacy Practice Teaching
Clinical pharmacy is a comprehensive applied discipline that combines pharmacy and medicine,takes patients as the center,and improves the level of drug treatment.It aims to train hospital clinical pharmacists.In addition to theoretical learning in class,practical learning is particularly critical.At present,various universities and practice base hospitals have not formed unified norms and guidance for clinical pharmacy practice teaching,resulting in uneven training of students majoring in clinical pharmacy.Therefore,this paper intends to explore the current situation of clinical pharmacy practice teaching in China and one university(hereinafter referred to as"the university"),and on this basis,analyze some problems existing in clinical pharmacy practice teaching in the university.Combined with the advanced experience and practical teaching mode at home and abroad,this paper puts forward reasonable reform measures and schemes for the practical teaching of clinical pharmacy in our university:perfecting the evaluation system of practical teaching;solve the conflict between students'internship employment and postgraduate entrance examination;with the help of the background of Internet online teaching,WebQuest teaching method is introduced;according to the characteristics of clinical pharmacy,virtual simulation and role simulation teaching methods were used.It is expected to train excellent clinical pharmacy talents through practical teaching reform and exploration.
