The Application of "One Body,Two Wings,Three Fusions and Four Integrations" Teaching Mode in Clinical Practice Teaching of Internal Medicine
Objective To explore the application effect of"one body,two wings,three fusions and four integrations"teaching mode in clinical practice teaching of internal medicine.Methods From June to October 2023,a total of 276 medical students in the clinical practice stage of clinical medicine major of grade 2019 in the Third Clinical College of Jinzhou Medical University were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into experimental group and control group.In the control group,a total of 136 students were subjected to the traditional teaching model;in the experimental group,a total of 140 students were subjected to the"one body,two wings,three integrations,four combinations"teaching model.Through multi-level practical assessment methods,the learning process and outcomes were comprehensively assessed to compare and analyze the comprehensive practical application abilities and scientific innovation abilities of students in the two groups.The assessment content included four levels:basic knowledge(accounting for 25%),basic skills(accounting for 25%),practical application ability(accounting for 30%),and scientific innovation ability(accounting for 20%).The teaching effect was evaluated through teacher and student questionnaires,peer and expert reviews,grade analysis,and with the help of third parties such as training institutions and parents.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in the results of basic theoretical knowledge examination(P>0.05).The test scores of basic skills,practical application ability,scientific research and innovation ability and total scores[(22.4±1.2)points,(27.7±1.1)points,(17.3±1.6)points,(91.1±2.7)points]of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group[(20.3±1.3)points,(23.8±0.8)points,(14)points.2±1.4 points,(81.4±2.3)points],the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).97.67%of the students thought that the teaching design of this teaching mode was more reasonable,98.45%of the students thought that the teaching process was optimized,and 96.51%of the students thought that the teaching satisfaction is improved.Conclusion The teaching mode of"one body,two wings,three fusions and four integrations"can give full play to the students'principal role,improve their practical application ability and scientific research innovation ability,and train their scientific research innovation thinking and comprehensive quality.
