Application Value of PBL Combined With CBL Teaching Method in Clinical Teaching of Health Examination Center
Objective To analyze the clinical value of applying problem based learning(PBL)combined with case based learning(CBL)in the clinical teaching of health examination center.Methods A total of 80 interns from the Health Management Center,Yantai Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical University from July 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and a total of 40 interns from July 2021 to June 2022 were included in the control group for traditional teaching;from July 2022 to June 2023,a total of 40 interns were included in the observation group and were taught with PBL and CBL.The results,teaching effect,teacher satisfaction,intern satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The test scores(theoretical knowledge and practical ability)of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The teaching effect score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The satisfaction of teachers in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion PBL combined with CBL in the clinical teaching of health examination center can improve the teaching effect and evaluation results of interns,make them better grasp the related work content of health examination center,and improve the satisfaction of teachers and interns.
