案例教学法联合角色扮演+互换教学法在产科护士规培中的应用

目的 探讨案例教学法联合角色扮演+互换教学法在产科规范化培训(简称规培)中的价值.方法 选取2021 年 8 月—2022 年 8 月在南京医科大学附属妇产医院产科规培的 138 名护士为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为观察组(n=69)与对照组(n=69).对照组应用常规教学法,观察组应用案例教学法联合角色扮演+互换教学法.评价观察组和对照组在规培前后的护患沟通能力、学习能力、规培效果,通过问卷调查规培护士的满意度情况.结果 规培前,2 组护患沟通能力、学习能力各项得分以及理论知识和实践操作考核成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).规培后,观察组护患沟通能力、学习能力各项得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组理论知识和实践操作考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组教学总满意率(94.20%)高于对照组(81.16%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 案例教学法联合角色扮演+互换教学法可有效提高规培护士的护患沟通能力、学习能力以及专业能力,增加护士对教学工作的满意度.
Application of Case Teaching Method Combined With Role Playing and Exchange Teaching Method in the Standardized Training of Obstetric Nurses
Objective To explore the value of case teaching method combined with role playing and exchange teaching method in the standardized training of obstetrics.Methods A total of 138 nurses trained in obstetrics of Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into observation group(n=69)and control group(n=69)by random number table method.The control group applied the conventional teaching method,and the observation group applied the case teaching method combined with role playing and exchange teaching method.The nurse-patient communication ability,learning ability and training effect of the observation group and the control group were evaluated before and after training,and the satisfaction of nurses was investigated by questionnaire.Results Before training,there were no statistically significant differences in the scores of nurse-patient communication ability,learning ability,theoretical knowledge and practical operation between the two groups(P>0.05).After training,the scores of nurse-patient communication ability and learning ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The test scores of theoretical knowledge and practical operation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of teaching in the observation group(94.20%)was higher than that in the control group(81.16%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Case teaching method combined with role playing and exchange teaching method can effectively improve nurses'nurse-patient communication ability,learning ability and professional ability,and increase nurses'satisfaction with teaching work.
