中医住培学员视角下中医适宜技术社区推广的问卷调查分析

目的 调查并研究中医住培学员对中医适宜技术的认知程度、临床使用意愿情况,进一步探讨其相关影响因素,以期为中医适宜技术在社区的进一步推广提出建议.方法 选取 2018 年 9 月—2022 年 9 月于四川省中西医结合医院参加中医住院医师规范化培训(以下简称"住培")的 338 名学员为研究对象,采用问卷调查和开放式问题相结合的形式对学员进行调查研究.结果 仅43 名(12.72%)对中医适宜技术概念有完整认知,最被认可的 5 种技术从高到低依次是针刺、艾灸、推拿按摩、穴位贴敷、传统养身功;适宜技术的安全性(36.98%)、有效性(31.07%)、经济性(18.05%)对推广产生的影响较大;175 名(51.78%)有意愿未来在社区中创新发展中医适宜技术.结论 学员对中医适宜技术的认知较浅,但对其在社区进行推广应用的意愿十分强烈,安全性、有效性、经济性、实用性等因素对技术的推广具有一定的影响,但在创新发展中医适宜技术中缺乏研究指导、团队支持以及经费申请机会不足等因素而受到限制.
Questionnaire Survey Analysis on Community Promotion of Appropriate Traditional Chinese Medicine Technologies From the Perspective of Traditional Chinese Medicine Residential Standardized Training Trainees
Objective To investigate and study the cognitive degree and clinical usage willingness of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)residential standardized training trainees towards appropriate TCM technologies,and further explore their related influencing factors,in order to provide suggestions for the further promotion of appropriate TCM technologies in the community.Methods A total of 338 students who participated in the standardized training of traditional Chinese medicine resident physicians(hereinafter referred to as"resident training")with Sichuan Integrative Medicine Hospital from September 2018 to September 2022 were selected as the research subjects.A combination of questionnaire survey and open-ended questions were used to investigate and study the trainees.Results Only 43(12.72%)trainees had a complete cognition of the concept of appropriate TCM techniques.The five most recognized techniques from high to low were acupuncture,moxibustion,tuina massage,acupoint application and traditional nourishing exercise.The safety(36.98%),effectiveness(31.07%)and economy(18.05%)of the appropriate TCM techniques had a great impact on the popularization.A total of 175(51.78%)trainees expressed their intention to innovate and develop appropriate TCM techniques in the community in the future.Conclusion The trainees have a shallow understanding of appropriate TCM technology,but they have a strong willingness to promote and apply them in the community.Factors such as safety,effectiveness,economy,and practicality have a certain impact on the promotion of technologies.However,the innovation and development of appropriate TCM technology are limited by factors such as the lack of research guidance,team support and insufficient opportunities for funding application.
