The Effect of CBL Combined With TBL Teaching Method in the Medical Psychology Teaching of Residential Training
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of case-based learning(CBL)combined with team-based learning(TBL)in the medical psychology teaching of standardized resident training(referred to as residential training).Methods A total of 190 resident physicians from Shenzhen International Medical Center of the University of Hong Kong from March 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the study subjects and divided into control group and observation group with 95 in each group by digital table method.The control group used the traditional teaching method,and the observation group used CBL combined TBL teaching method.The test scores and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The multiple choice questions,case analysis questions and final scores of the observation group[(44.25±4.21)points,(36.25±5.69)points,(79.36±7.25)points]were higher than those of the control group[(41.25±5.36)points,(32.01±4.15)points,(73.21±8.36)points].The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of students in the observation group was 97.89%,higher than 85.26%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching of medical psychology,the application of CBL combined with TBL teaching method can improve the teaching effect of students and improve the teaching quality.
