医学院校研究生培养质量保障体系的探讨

摘要
新形势下,医学教育已经摆在教育和卫生健康事业优先发展的重要地位,医学院校要加快培养国家急需的高层次人才,为实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦作贡献.文章通过分析决定医学院校研究生培养质量的关键性因素,并以滨州医学院为例,采取提高生源质量,深化研究生招生考试改革;优化研究生培养体系,定期修订培养方案;加强课程建设,完善课程评价体系;落实立德树人,提升导师队伍水平;检测关口前移,加强培养关键环节管理;完善学风建设机制,强化校园文化建设等一系列措施,构建医学院校研究生培养质量保障体系.
Abstract
Under the new situation,medical education has been placed in an important position of giving priority to the development of education and health.Medical colleges and universities should speed up the training of high-level talents urgently needed by the country and contribute to the realization of the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.This paper analyzes the key factors that determine the quality of postgraduate training in medical colleges,and takes Binzhou Medical University as an example to improve the quality of students and deepen the reform of postgraduate enrollment examination;optimize the postgraduate training system and revise the training plan regularly;strengthen the curriculum construction and improve the curriculum evaluation system;implement morality and cultivate people and improve the level of tutor team;move the inspection gate forward and strengthen the management of key links of training.A series of measures such as perfecting the construction mechanism of study style and strengthening the construction of campus culture are taken to construct the quality assurance system of postgraduate training in medical colleges and universities.
