Discussion on the Cultivation Idea of Craftsmanship Spirit in Endodontics Teaching
In order to cultivate doctors with the concept of"craftsmanship spirit",this paper analyzes the learning situation of medical students,discusses the improvement ideas of teaching methods of endodontics and dentistry,helps students transition from the theoretical stage to clinical treatment,and gradually improves their professional technical ability.Based on the characteristics of specialties and learning conditions,this paper puts forward a clinical teaching model suitable for dentistry and endodontics,adopts a variety of teaching methods and integrates curriculum thinking and politics to further improve teaching quality,and applies the concept of artisan spirit and the concept of training medical professionals into teaching,so as to cultivate dental specialists with professional aspirations and strong sense of faith.In view of the addition of ideological and political teaching design,teachers should have excellent professional quality and high teaching enthusiasm,so as to strengthen students'learning faith and improve learning efficiency.Through the reform and exploration of teaching methods,it is helpful for students to master clinical skills deeply,strengthen the awareness of patient love injury.In the long run,authors hope to continuously cultivate a pattern and creative dentists with"craftsmanship spirit".
