Preliminary Exploration on Stratified-Grading Teaching Mode of Residents in Endodontics Based on Ideological and Political Education
The standardized training course is an important growing-up process for residents and an indispensable part of medical continuing education.Based on the analysis of the problems faced by stomatology residents during the standardized training in the department of endodontics,this paper proposes to adopt a stratified and segmented teaching model for residents with different clinical experience and training plans,and to evaluate the teaching effects through individualized teaching and stage assessment.At present,as a novel idea and mode,curriculum ideology and politics provide a brand new education pattern for education work.The ideological and political education should be applied to the cultivating of comprehensive quality and professional competence to reach the goal of educating residents in the whole process and in all directions.By taking the characteristics and growth rules during the stage training into account,course-based ideology and politics education is integrated into the culturing procedure,in order to achieve all-round cultivating of medical skills and ethics,and to improve the training quality of endodontic residents scientifically and effectively.
