基于课程思政的牙体牙髓住院医师分层分段教学模式初探

住院医师规范化培训是医学生成长的重要过程,也是医学继续教育不可或缺的一环.文章通过分析口腔住院医师在牙体牙髓科培训期间存在的问题,针对不同临床基础、不同培养计划的住院医师,提出了分层分段的教学模式,采取因材施教及分阶段考核的方式来达到教学要求.当前,课程思政作为一种新模式、新理念,为教育工作提供了全新的教育样态.思想政治教育贯彻于住院医师的综合素质培养和专业课程教育的各个环节,能更好落实立德树人,实现全程、全方位育人的目标.本教学设计通过结合培训不同阶段的特点及学员成长的规律,在分层考核、分段培养的住培教学过程中融入课程思政元素,以德育人,实现医术医德医风全方位培养,有助于科学有效地提升牙体牙髓住院医师的培训质量.
Preliminary Exploration on Stratified-Grading Teaching Mode of Residents in Endodontics Based on Ideological and Political Education
The standardized training course is an important growing-up process for residents and an indispensable part of medical continuing education.Based on the analysis of the problems faced by stomatology residents during the standardized training in the department of endodontics,this paper proposes to adopt a stratified and segmented teaching model for residents with different clinical experience and training plans,and to evaluate the teaching effects through individualized teaching and stage assessment.At present,as a novel idea and mode,curriculum ideology and politics provide a brand new education pattern for education work.The ideological and political education should be applied to the cultivating of comprehensive quality and professional competence to reach the goal of educating residents in the whole process and in all directions.By taking the characteristics and growth rules during the stage training into account,course-based ideology and politics education is integrated into the culturing procedure,in order to achieve all-round cultivating of medical skills and ethics,and to improve the training quality of endodontic residents scientifically and effectively.
