In order to cultivate excellent clinicians who constantly improve their self-cultivation,this paper discusses the teaching"pain points"and coping strategies in the teaching innovation process of Internal Medicine.Adhering to the teaching philosophy of"student-centered"learning strategies,this paper aims to,explore pain points based on the actual problems faced by students in the learning process,combine teaching innovation,and find coping strategies.There are four major"pain points"in the teaching process of higher medical education,namely:emphasizing the surgery but neglecting the internal medicine,stop studying after getting a little knowledge of a subject,difficult to meet rare diseases,learning less than new.In view of the above pain points,the innovative education concept of"virtue reason and active learning"have been innovatively put forward and implemented,the countermeasures,the pain points were analyzed,and reform was promoted"virtue and reason"focuses on solving the ideological problems in the process of"emphasizing the surgery but neglecting the internal medicine".The"active learning"concept focused on solving the three major learning pain points:"stop studying after getting a little knowledge of a subject","difficult to meet rare diseases","learning less than new".Through the teaching innovation practice of"pricking pain points and promoting reform",the teaching quality and teaching effect of Internal Medicine have been significantly improved.
