我国的全科医学继续教育在大力发展中取得了一定成效,但与国际平均水平仍有差距.应用人工智能(artificial intelligence,AI)为全科医生的继续教育带来了新的机遇和可能.人工智能为载体的教育培训模式能够提高基层全科医生的诊疗水平,并为解决现有问题提供新的答案.通过人工智能,全科医生可以更便捷地获取专业知识和最新医学进展,提升专业水平和技能.应用该教育培训模式可以提高医疗系统的效率,改善医疗资源分配不均衡.制定政策和规范,建立健全的继续教育体系,确保全科医生继续教育有效运行和发展.全科医生继续教育同时面临挑战,如保证教育内容质量和可靠性,适应新兴技术和需求等.借助互联网+和人工智能的发展,我国全科医生继续教育有新的机遇和发展空间,能进一步提升全科医生的专业素养和技能水平,为全科医学培训进步做出贡献.
Research on the Reform of Artificial Intelligence Empowering General Practitioner Continuing Education
The continuing education of general practitioners in China has achieved certain results in its vigorous development,but there is still a gap compared to the international average level.The application of artificial intelligence(AI)brings new opportunities and possibilities for the continuing education of general practitioners.An education and training model based on AI as a carrier can improve the diagnosis and treatment level of grassroots general practitioners and provide new answers to existing problems.Through AI,general practitioners can more conveniently access professional knowledge and the latest medical advances,improving their professional competence and skills.The application of this education and training model can improve the efficiency of the medical system and alleviate the imbalance in the allocation of medical resources.Policies and regulations should be formulated to establish a sound continuing education system,ensuring the effective operation and development of the continuing education of general practitioners.The continuing education of general practitioners faces challenges such as ensuring the quality and reliability of educational content and adapting to emerging technologies and demands.With the development of the internet and AI,the continuing education of general practitioners in China has new opportunities and room for development,which can further enhance the professional literacy and skill level of general practitioners and contribute to the progress of general practice training.
