In order to earnestly implement the mission of"educate people for the Party,cultivate talents for the country"in higher vocational colleges,implement the fundamental task of"the cultivation of virtue and the nurturing of talent",focus on cultivating useful talents of"moral integrity and skill development in concert",under the correct leadership of the school Party Committee,the department of medical technology actively cultivate the education model of"moral integrity and skill development in concert,integration of work and study",adhere to the guidance of party building,emancipate the mind,follow the law of vocational education,strengthen the construction of"double-qualified"teachers with both moral and talent,revise of professional personnel training programs and curriculum standards,restructure of curriculum content,strengthen the organic integration of curriculum ideology and politics into the teaching content,focus on both classroom teaching and practical teaching without letting up,deepen the reform of academic evaluation,attach importance to the role of labor education and incorporate it into the whole process of personnel training,relying on famous doctors and teachers'studios,school-enterprise integration,and student association activities,highlight the characteristics of vocational education,highlight professional characteristics,and promote students the professional development,increase students'professional identity and professional pride.By nurturing people in a variety of ways,the quality of teaching and scientific research has been significantly improved,and the quality of personnel training has been further guaranteed.
