Exploration on Standardized Training Program for Hematological Specialists
At present,a coherent, collaborative, comprehensive and systematic medical specialty training system has not been formed in China yet.The number of patients with hematologic disease is increasing year by year. And the clinical manifestations of hematologic disease are complex and highly professional, with involving multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment. At the same time, the discipline of hematology is developing rapidly. Therefore, there is an urgent need to train high-quality hematology specialists, but there is no standardized training program. The training program takes the Clinical Blood Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University and the Institute of Hematology of Zhejiang University as the training platform. In addition to the cooperative training of multiple sub-specialties such as bone marrow morphology, immunology, cytogenetics and molecular biology, the training program also includes the comprehensive specialized skills combining the theoretical learning, clinical practice and clinical research ability by using teaching methods such as case-based learning(CBL)and stratified teaching. In this paper,an efficient, reproducible and scalable specialty training system for hematology specialists was proposed in order to provide reference for the reform of hematology specialty training system under the new situation.
