Objective To explore the application effect of flipped classroom based on the goal of ideological and political content in the teaching of basic medical morphology,histology and embryology.Methods A total of 80 students from Class 1 and Class 2 of prevention major in Ningbo University from February to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects,40 students from Class 1 were selected as the experimental group,and 40 students from Class 2 were selected as the control group.The students in the control group were taught with the traditional teaching mode,while the students in the experimental group were taught with the flipped ideological and political teaching mode.The two groups of students'ideological and political chapter test scores,final scores,sign-in scores,flipped ideological and political questionnaire survey and student satisfaction were compared.Results The scores of ideological and political chapter test,final exam and the sign in the score in the experiment group[(79.93±2.05)points,(77.23±2.72)points,(98.00±1.17)points]were higher than those of the control group[(67.10±8.75)points,(67.70±4.11)points,(96.75±1.07)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of various situations in the flipped ideological and political questionnaire survey of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of students in the experimental group was 100%,which was higher than 67.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The flipped classroom based on the goal of ideological and political content is applied in the teaching of basic medical morphology,can significantly improve students'academic performance,highlight students'dominant position in teaching,and help to cultivate medical talents with high professional level,high ideological and political awareness and high professional ethics.
