Application of Target Teaching Method Combined With PDCA Cycle in Clinical Teaching of Respiratory Nurse Training
Objective To explore the application value of target teaching method combined with plan,do,check and act(PDCA)management mode in clinical teaching of trained nurses in department of respiratory.Methods A total of 64 trained nurses who entered the department of respiratory medicine from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the time of admission,with 32 nurses in each group.The traditional clinical teaching mode was used in the control group,and the target teaching method combined with PDCA management clinical teaching mode was used in the experimental group.The assessment scores,comprehensive quality scores and satisfaction scores of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of operation in the experimental group[(96.05±1.57)points]were higher than those in the control group[(94.91±1.51)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of communication and coordination,professional knowledge,professional skills,safety awareness and problem-solving emergency ability of the trained nurses in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The average score of satisfaction in the experimental group was[(92.31±1.31)points],which was higher than that in the control group[(91.07±0.59)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Target teaching method combined with PDCA management clinical teaching mode is helpful to improve the quality of clinical teaching of respiratory department nurses,to cultivate high-quality nursing personnel,and to improve the satisfaction of nurses.
