Research on the Application of CBL Teaching Method in Emergency Skills Training in Military Hospitals
Objective To study the application value of case-based learning(CBL)in emergency skills training in military hospitals. Methods A total of 80 clinical physicians from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Military Medical University, from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects, they were randomly divided into the control group(40 physicians)and the research group(40 physicians)by lottery method. The control group was taught with traditional teaching mode, while the study group was taught with case guided teaching, and the training and observation time of the two groups was 1 month, the training items included cardiopulmonary resuscitation, electric defibrillation, simple respirator operation, etc, the training effects of the two groups were recorded. Results The scores of theoretical knowledge and practical ability in the study group were higher than those in the control group after one month of training, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).One month after the training, the scores of first aid assessment ability in the two groups were higher than those before the training, the score of emergency assessment ability after training in the study group was(87.20±2.57)points,which was higher than(76.21±3.11)points in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After one month of training, the training satisfaction of the study group was 100%,which was significantly higher than 87.5%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of CBL in emergency skills training for clinical physicians in military hospitals is good.It can consolidate and strengthen theoretical knowledge, improve practical operation level, enhance emergency evaluation ability, and significantly improve the satisfaction of clinical physicians with training.
