Application Research of Three-Dimensional Reconstruction Technology in the Teaching of Liver Surgery Anatomy
Objective To evaluate the application value of three-dimensional reconstruction technology in the teaching of liver surgery anatomy. Methods A total of 60 fourth-year undergraduate students majoring in clinical medicine from September 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method, with 30 students in each group. The observation group was taught with three-dimensional reconstruction technology, while the control group was taught with traditional teaching methods. The learning outcomes in two groups of students were compared. Results According to the results of the questionnaire survey, the questionnaire survey of students in the observation group were easy to understand the three-dimensional shape of the liver, easy to understand the segmentation of the liver, easy to master the concept of Glisson sheath of the liver, easy to master the concept of three"hepatic portals",easy to understand the adjacent organs of the liver, easy to master the location description of liver tumors, stimulate interest in learning, improve learning efficiency, improving clinical thinking ability and satisfactory teaching effect were better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The closed book exam scores of the observation group students were(81.10±5.38)points,higher than(74.27±5.02)points of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The application of three-dimensional reconstruction technology in the teaching of anatomy of liver surgery has obvious advantages, which can not only improve students'understanding of the anatomical structure of the liver, but also improve students'interest in learning, learning efficiency and satisfaction with teaching, thus improving the quality of teaching.
