Application Effect of Collaborative Teaching in Anesthesia Nursing Teaching
Objective To explore the application effect of collaborative teaching in anesthesia nursing teaching.Methods A total of 40 anesthesia nursing interns(hereinafter referred to as"nursing students")from department of anesthesia in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 20 students in each group.The control group was given conventional teaching mode,and the observation group was given cooperative teaching mode,that was,problem-based learning(PBL)combined with group teaching mode.The times of nonstandard operation behavior,teaching excellent rate,practice achievement and teaching effect were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of nonstandard aseptic operation,nonstandard disinfection method and nonstandard intravenous infusion operation in the observation group[(2.31±1.20)times a day,(1.12±2.22)times a day,(4.23±1.82)times a day]were lower than those in the control group[(8.54±3.21)times a day,(5.22±2.11)times a day,(7.21±2.71)times a day],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The teaching excellent rate of the observation group(100%)was higher than that of the control group(65.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of theoretical knowledge,technical operation and teaching effect in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion It is of great value to adopt collaborative teaching in anesthesia nursing teaching to improve the non-standard operation of interns,enhance the excellent rate of teaching and reduce the negative emotions of interns.
