Exploration on the Integrated Clinical Teaching Model for Interns and Resident Trainees
Objective To study the application methods and specific effects of the integrated clinical teaching mode of standardized training for interns and residents(hereinafter referred to as resident training).Methods A total of 40 interns and resident doctors in the First People's Hospital of Chuzhou from June 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of random double-blind,with 20 interns and resident physicians in each group.The control group completed the practice teaching according to the conventional clinical teaching mode,while the observation group adopted the integrated clinical teaching mode of interns and resident doctors.The clinical teaching assessment scores,total teaching satisfaction,clinical ability assessment scores and quality assessment scores of the two groups of physicians were compared.Results The scores of theory examination and practice examination in the observation group[(72.50±12.82)points,(90.55±6.26)points]were higher than those in the control group[(60.53±15.64)points,(85.45±4.78)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of clinical teaching in the observation group was 100%,which was higher than 60.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of auxiliary examination results analysis,medical history collection,physical examination,case analysis and medical record writing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of data collection,case discussion,thinking ability,doctor-patient communication and adaptability of doctors in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated clinical teaching mode of interns and resident doctors can improve the learning effect,promote the improvement of doctors'comprehensive ability,help doctors meet the requirements of clinical ability as soon as possible,and lay the foundation for the construction of medical talents.
