Initial Practice of Layered Training of Ultrasound Imaging Skills Based on Scientific Research Competencies
The special ultrasonic imaging system for experimental animals can provide ultrasonic image testing for multi-disciplinary and multi-field scientific research projects.The training of ultrasound imaging skills based on scientific research competence is different from that of clinical medical interns and residents,and students from different grades have significant differences in their needs for ultrasound imaging skills.The article summarizes the implementation plans and the characteristics of a hierarchical training course for ultrasound imaging skills based on scientific research competence.According to the educational development path of students,the training objects are divided into undergraduate students,master students and doctoral students.The training mode of"one-to-one,on-demand training"is adopted for different grades students to provide a basis for the cultivation of scientific research abilities for undergraduate and graduate students.The training content is divided into basic theoretical knowledge training and operation training.The scientific research competency required by students is accurately cultivated for different grades students,and purposefully improving students'scientific research ability level of ultrasonic imaging skills.It provides the basis for undergraduate and graduate students to develop their scientific research competence.
