Emergency medicine is an autonomous secondary discipline within the field of clinical medicine and a crucial component of the social medical service system.To demands of emergency medicine development in the new era,there is an urgent need to cultivate high-level talents.Medical graduate education serves as a vital pathway for nurturing such talents in emergency medicine,with its core task being the training of scientific research and innovation capabilities.This paper focuses on eight key aspects:fostering scientific research skills driven by scientific problems,promoting research group collaboration to enhance practical experience,stimulating innovative thinking through interdisciplinary discussions,expanding scientific horizons via academic exchanges and collisions,cultivating potential researchers through undergraduate intervention programs,harnessing curiosity and knowledge as sources of innovation,developing fresh study style by scientific research integrity education,and enhancing the original intention behind scientific research with humanistic qualities.By elucidating both practice and contemplation on cultivating graduate students'scientific research innovation abilities in emergency medicine aimed at improving their literacy in conducting research while also enhancing their capacity for innovation.These efforts are conducive to training high-level talents in emergency medicine as well as facilitating the high-quality development of this discipline.
