Study on the"Three Education Reform"Based on Real Posts in the Clinical Test Foundation Experimental Class
Objective To fully mobilize the students'enthusiasm,initiative and creativity in the laboratory course of Clinical Test Foundation,and cultivate high-quality,skilled and applied talents with innovative consciousness,the course carries on the reform of the teacher,teaching materials and teaching method of teachers,named the"Three Education Reform".Methods From September 2022 to July 2023,a total of 120 students majoring in medical laboratory technology in the 2022 cohort were randomly divided into a teaching reform group and a control group.60 students in the education reform group adopted the flipped classroom method based on micro lesson teaching,while 60 students in the control group adopted the traditional teaching method.The skills,theories,and academic performance of the two groups of students were recorded and compared,and a questionnaire survey was conducted.Results The skill score[(83.91±11.18)points],theoretical score[(63.08±13.96)points],and academic proficiency score[(87.69±4.84)points]of the education reform group were higher than those of the control group[(63.08±13.20)points,(57.03±13.45)points,(66.78±11.75)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the questionnaire,students in the education reform group were stronger than those in the control group in terms of expression,communication,cooperation,innovation,adaptability,and information retrieval,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion"Three Education Reform"can mobilize the students'enthusiasm and creativity in the study of the laboratory course of Clinical Test Foundation,improve the score of learning skills,theories and learning through online,and is conducive to cultivating high-quality technical and applied laboratory talents.
