Against the backdrop of the"Four New"educational directives,the role of"moral education"in higher education institutions has become increasingly pivotal,with"curriculum-based ideological education"emerging as a crucial component.This study utilizes Human Parasitology as a medium to delve deeply into strategies for the integration of ideological elements into teaching.After investigating the necessity of"curriculum-based ideological education"in Human Parasitology,a comprehensive course analysis and survey questionnaire were adopted to extract the ideological elements within the curriculum.Teaching materials were selected and applied from three dimensions:politics,technology and history.This defined the application route and evaluation mechanism for ideological elements in teaching.Field investigations have shown that such integration significantly benefits the cultivation of medical professionals endowed with a strong sense of social responsibility and noble moral integrity.
