The Application of PowerPoint Combined With CBL and PBL Teaching Methods in Film Reading Activities in Respiratory Clinical Practice Teaching
Clinical practice teaching is the first stage for medical students to enter clinical work,and it is an important link to promote the transformation of medical students to clinicians.Medical students have a certain understanding and mastery of the imaging manifestations of respiratory diseases in the study of the basic course,but due to the lack of close integration between the learning of the basic course and the clinic,it is difficult for students to apply the imaging knowledge they have mastered to clinical work to solve practical clinical problems.In clinical practice teaching,the department of respiratory and critical care medicine,the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University,relies on PowerPoint to teach imaging of common respiratory diseases,while using imaging data as a starting point.Through case-based learning(CBL)and problem-based learning(PBL),the pathophysiological reasons behind imaging changes,possible clinical manifestations and signs of patients,disease diagnosis and treatment methods,and other issues are raised.Basic medical knowledge is linked to clinical medical activities,and new methods of respiratory clinical practice teaching are explored.
