微课联合PBL教学法在妇科临床教学中的应用

目的 研究微课联合以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)在妇科临床教学中的应用价值.方法 选取 2020 年 7 月—2022 年 6 月在连云港市妇幼保健院妇科进行临床培训的 38 名实习医师,以随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组 19 名.试验组采用微课联合PBL教学法进行教学,对照组采用传统的教学法.轮转结束后 2 组进行技能操作、理论知识、病历书写以及分析临床思维能力的考试,并调查 2 组的满意度.结果 试验组技能操作评分为(96.94±1.54)分、理论考核评分为(99.05±1.17)分、病历书写评分为(98.05±1.64)分、临床思维能力评分为(97.26±1.44)分,高于对照组的(91.89±1.94)分、(91.36±2.36)分、(91.31±3.58)分、(89.84±3.78)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 微课联合PBL教学法在妇科临床教学应用中能够有效提高临床医学的教学效果.
Application of Micro Class Combined With PBL Teaching Method in Gynecology Clinical Teaching
Objective To study the application value of micro class combined with problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method in gynecology clinical teaching.Methods A total of 38 medical interns who received clinical training in the department of gynecology,Lianyungang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July 2020 to June 2022 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method,with 19 interns in each group.The experimental group was taught with micro class combined with PBL teaching method,and the control group was taught with traditional teaching method.After the rotation,the two groups were tested on skill operation,theoretical knowledge,medical record writing and analytical clinical thinking ability,and the satisfaction of the two groups was investigated.Results The scores of the experimental groups were(96.94±1.54)points for skill operation,(99.05±1.17)points for theoretical assessment,(98.05±1.64)points for medical record writing,and(97.26±1.44)points for clinical thinking ability,which was higher than(91.89±1.94)points,(91.36±2.36)points,(91.31±3.58)points,(89.84±3.78)points of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of experimental group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of micro class combined with PBL teaching method can effectively improve the teaching effectiveness of clinical medicine in gynecology clinical teaching.
