Application of Micro Class Combined With PBL Teaching Method in Gynecology Clinical Teaching
Objective To study the application value of micro class combined with problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method in gynecology clinical teaching.Methods A total of 38 medical interns who received clinical training in the department of gynecology,Lianyungang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July 2020 to June 2022 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method,with 19 interns in each group.The experimental group was taught with micro class combined with PBL teaching method,and the control group was taught with traditional teaching method.After the rotation,the two groups were tested on skill operation,theoretical knowledge,medical record writing and analytical clinical thinking ability,and the satisfaction of the two groups was investigated.Results The scores of the experimental groups were(96.94±1.54)points for skill operation,(99.05±1.17)points for theoretical assessment,(98.05±1.64)points for medical record writing,and(97.26±1.44)points for clinical thinking ability,which was higher than(91.89±1.94)points,(91.36±2.36)points,(91.31±3.58)points,(89.84±3.78)points of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of experimental group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of micro class combined with PBL teaching method can effectively improve the teaching effectiveness of clinical medicine in gynecology clinical teaching.
