多模式整合教学法对医学影像学教学效果的影响

目的 探讨多模式整合教学法对医学影像学教学效果的影响.方法 选取 2021 年 3 月—2022 年 12 月同济大学附属杨浦医院影像科 86 名临床见习医学生为研究对象,以盲选法分为 2 组,各 43 名.对照组实施常规影像学教学,结合多媒体辅助教学;观察组加入以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)联合案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL),形成多模式整合教学法.比较 2 组学生教学前后自我效能感评分、综合能力评分、解决问题能力评分和教学方式评价.结果 课程开始前,2 组自我效能感评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);课程结束后,观察组自我效能感评分为(33.57±4.39)分,高于对照组的(28.26±3.74)分,且 2 组自我效能感评分均高于课程开始前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组学生解决问题能力总分为(90.26±2.85)分,高于对照组的(84.62±2.17)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001).观察组综合能力总分为(55.50±2.03)分,高于对照组的(49.76±1.74)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001).观察组教学方式评价总分为(87.05±2.49)分,高于对照组的(80.16±2.36)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001).结论 医学影像学教学过程中,采用多模式整合教学法可有效提升学生自我效能感,增强综合能力和解决问题的能力,学生对教学方式评价较高.
The Influence of Multi-Mode Integrated Teaching Method on the Teaching Effect of Medical Imaging
Objective To explore the influence of multi-mode integrated teaching method on the teaching effect of medical imaging.Methods A total of 86 clinical medical interns in the department of imaging,Yangpu Hospital Affiliated to Tongji University from March 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into 2 groups with 43 students each by blind selection method.The control group was given routine imaging teaching combined with multimedia assisted teaching,while the observation group was given problem-based learning(PBL)combined with case-based learning(CBL)to form a multi-mode integrated teaching method.The scores of self-efficacy,comprehensive ability,problem solving ability and teaching evaluation were compared before and after teaching.Results Before the beginning of the course,there was no significant difference in self-efficacy scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After the course,the self-efficacy score of the observation group was(33.57±4.39)points,which was higher than(28.26±3.74)points of the control group,and the self-efficacy score of the two groups was higher than that the beginning of the course,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total score of problem solving ability in the observation group was(90.26±2.85)points,which was higher than(84.62±2.17)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total score of comprehensive ability in the observation group was(55.50±2.03)points,which was higher than(49.76±1.74)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The total score of teaching evaluation in the observation group was(87.05±2.49)points,which was higher than(80.16±2.36)points in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion In the teaching process of medical imaging,the multi-mode integrated teaching method can effectively improve students'self-efficacy,enhance their comprehensive ability and problem-solving ability,and students have a high evaluation on the teaching method.
