虚拟仿真教学法在《医学影像诊断学》实践课教学中的应用

目的 探讨虚拟仿真教学法在《医学影像诊断学》实践课教学中的优势.方法 选择 2022 年 9 月—2023 年1 月锦州医科大学医学影像学专业 2019 级 55 名学生为对照组,使用传统教学方法进行教学;2020 级 90 名学生为试验组,应用虚拟仿真教学法进行实践课教学.学期结束后,比较 2 组形成性评价得分及期末成绩,并对试验组学生发放问卷,调查虚拟仿真教学法的满意度.结果 试验组学生的形成性评价得分为(93.49±6.36)分,期末成绩为(82.62±9.56)分,高于对照组的(90.26±5.28)分、(75.38±7.56)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001).绝大多数学生认同虚拟仿真实验教学可提高临床操作技能、提高学习兴趣、提高自主学习能力、提高沟通能力、培养自信心、提升科研能力、培养人文关怀.结论 虚拟仿真教学法提高了学生的实践课成绩及期末考试成绩,有效地激发了学生的学习兴趣.
Application of Virtual Simulation Teaching Method in Practice Teaching of Medical Image Diagnostics
Objective To explore the advantages of virtual simulation teaching method in Medical Image Diagnosis practice teaching.Methods A total of 55 students of grade 2019 majoring in medical imaging of Jinzhou Medical University from September 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the control group,and the traditional teaching methods were used for teaching.A total of 90 students from grade 2020 were selected as the experimental group,and the virtual simulation teaching method was used to teach practical lessons.After the end of the semester,the formative evaluation scores and final scores of the two groups were compared,and questionnaires were sent to the students of the experimental group to investigate their satisfaction with the virtual simulation teaching method.Results The formative evaluation scores of the experimental group was(93.49±6.36)points,and the final scores was(82.62±9.56)points,which were higher than(90.26±5.28)points and(75.38±7.56)points of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The vast majority of students agreed that virtual simulation experiment teaching can improve clinical operation skills,improve learning interest,improve independent learning ability,improve communication ability,cultivate self-confidence,enhance scientific research ability,and cultivate humanistic care.Conclusion The virtual simulation teaching method can improve the students'performance in practice class and final examination,and effectively stimulate the students'interest in learning.
