Application Effect of Flipped Classroom Combined With TBL Teaching Method in Hematology Intern
Objective To explore the application effect of flipped classroom combined with team-based learning(TBL)teaching method in hematology intern. Methods A total of 192 subjects were selected from 14 clinical medicine groups of Grade 2014 who were interns in the department of hematology of Guangxi Medical University from January to April 2017.The subjects were randomly divided into experimental group(n=96)and control group(n=96).The experimental group adopted flipped classroom combined with TBL teaching method, while the control group adopted traditional teaching method. The results of final theory examination and questionnaire survey were compared between the two groups. Results The final theoretical examination score of the experimental group was(79.92±5.03)points,and that of the control group was(80.62±5.49)points,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The experimental group was superior to the control group in the improvement of clinical thinking ability,self-learning ability, expression ability, literature review ability and deep learning(P<0.05).Conclusion Flipped classroom combined with TBL teaching method is more better than traditional teaching method, which can cultivate students'clinical thinking ability, improve self-learning ability, expression ability and literature review ability in hematology intern.
