Application of MDT Combined With PBL Teaching Method in Standardized Training of Oncology
Objective To explore the application of multi-disciplinary treatment(MDT)combined with problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method in standardized training of oncology.Methods A total of 60 students who received standardized training and teaching for residents in the department of oncology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the subjects.According to a random method,the students were divided into traditional teaching group(n=30)and reform teaching group(n=30).The reform teaching group was treated with MDT mode combined with PBL teaching method.The traditional teaching group was taught with traditional teaching methods.After the teaching,the students were tested in class,the teaching scores of the two groups of students were compared,and the teaching satisfaction of the two groups were evaluated and compared.Results The theoretical knowledge scores and case analysis scores of the reform teaching group were(94.24±7.35)points and(92.56±8.83)points,respectively,which were higher than(81.56±8.47)points and(84.35±9.47)points of the traditional teaching group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the reform teaching group was better than that of the traditional teaching group in improving learning interest,autonomous learning ability,group cooperation ability,self-confidence,basic theory mastery and clinical diagnosis and treatment ability(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of MDT combined with PBL teaching method in the standardized training and teaching of oncology can obtain better teaching effect,which is helpful to improve students'clinical comprehensive thinking and practical ability to a certain extent,and students'satisfaction is high.
