Application Value of Basic Combined With Application Teaching Model in Prenatal Ultrasound Diagnosis Continuing Medicine Education Under the Innovative Vision
Objective To explore the application value of the basic combined with application teaching model in prenatal ultrasound diagnosis continuing medicine education under the innovative vision.Methods A total of 30 students who received continuing medical education training in the department of ultrasound of the First Teaching Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to blind sampling method,with 15 students in each group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method,and the observation group adopted the basic combined with application teaching model under the innovative vision.The results of assessment theory,assessment skills and total satisfaction with teaching methods were compared between the two groups before and after 3 months of training.Results After 3 months of training,the scores of basic principle of ultrasound[(8.67±1.15)points],identification and diagnosis of related diseases[(17.35±2.14)points],ultrasonic diagnosis of diseases[(27.68±2.01)points],image discrimination[(8.69±1.04)points],case analysis[(26.46±3.05)points]and total score[(88.85±7.62)points]in the observation group were higher than those of the control group[(6.46±1.08)points,(13.22±2.66)points,(24.26±3.21)points,(6.05±1.65)points,(22.84±2.95)points,(72.83±7.21)points],the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of training,the scores of standard section[(36.65±2.41)points],operating techniques[(16.26±2.55)points],disease diagnosis and differentiation[(17.95±2.16)points],report writing[(17.24±2.01)points],and total score[(88.10±8.51)points]of the observation group were higher than those of the control group[(32.56±2.47)points,(14.36±2.01)points,(14.26±2.01)points,(14.66±2.51)points,and(76.04±7.32)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of training,the total satisfaction of the participants in the observation group was 86.67%,compared with 66.67%of the control group,the difference was not statistically significance(P>0.05).Conclusion The basic combined with application teaching model under the innovative vision has a higher application value in prenatal ultrasound diagnosis continuing medical education,which can improve the theoretical and practical levels of trainees.
