日间手术中心护士岗位胜任力的培训实践与成效

目的 探讨以岗位胜任力为核心的培训模式在日间手术中心护士培训中的作用.方法 选取2023年1-6月重庆医科大学附属第一医院新成立的日间手术中心的 14名护士作为培训对象,采用非同期对照法,将 2023 年 1-3 月设为培训前,采取传统培训模式;将 2023 年 4-6月设为培训后,以"5W1H"管理理念为指导,制订培训计划,采取多维度内容、多元化形式、多层面师资进行教学实践.同时,培训前后分别选取重庆医科大学附属第一医院日间手术中心的100例患者作为调查对象.对护士培训前后的岗位胜任力、护理质量、患者满意度等进行评价.结果 培训后,日间手术中心护士的理论成绩[(82.67±1.87)分]、技能成绩[(86.86±2.83)分]高于培训前[(75.88±1.89)分、(80.61±1.98)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.001).培训后,日间手术中心护士的专业护理能力、健康教育能力、安全管理能力、沟通协调能力维度得分均高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).培训后,手术患者对日间手术中心护士的专业能力、服务意识、沟通技巧满意度得分及总分高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).培训后,日间手术中心护士的护理质量总分高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 以岗位胜任力为核心的培训模式能够在短期内提高日间手术中心护士的岗位胜任力,并提升护理质量和患者满意度.
Training Practice and Effectiveness of Post Competency for Nurses in Daytime Surgery Centers
Objective To explore the role of training mode with post competency as the core in the training of nurses in daytime surgery centers.Methods A total of 14 nurses from the newly established daytime surgery center at the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from January to June 2023 were selected as the training objects.The non-synchronous control method was adopted.Before training from January to March 2023,the traditional training mode was adopted.After training period from April to June 2023,the training plan was formulated under the guidance of the"5W1H"management concept,and the teaching practice was carried out by multi-dimensional content,diversified forms and multi-level teachers.At the same time,100 patients from the daytime surgery center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University were selected as survey subjects before and after the training,respectively.The post competency,nursing quality and patient satisfaction of nurses were evaluated before and after training.Results After training,the theoretical scores[(82.67±1.87)points]and the skill scores[(86.86±2.83)points]of nurses in daytime surgery center were higher than those before training[(75.88±1.89)points,(80.61±1.98)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).After training,the scores of professional nursing ability,health education ability,safety management ability,and communication and coordination ability of nurses in daytime surgery center were higher than those before training,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After training,the satisfaction scores of surgical patients with the professional ability,service awareness,communication skills and total scores of daytime surgery nurses were higher than those before training,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After training,the total score of nursing quality for daytime surgery nurses was higher than that before training,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The training mode with post competency as the core can improve the post competency of nurses in daytime surgery center in a short period of time,and improve nursing quality and patient satisfaction.
