Objective To analyze the application effect of intelligent mobile terminal combined matrix two-dimensional code technology in anesthesia internship teaching.Methods A total of 70 undergraduates majoring in anesthesiology who received anesthesiology practice in the department of anesthesiology of the Fifth Hospital of Xiamen from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,with 35 undergraduates in each group.The observation group students conducted self scanning teaching database learning and routine clinical internships with the assistance of intelligent mobile terminals and matrix two-dimensional code technology,while the control group students conducted clinical internships according to the routine teaching plan.After internship,theoretical exams,clinical skills exams,and simulated case exams for two groups of students were conducted.The internship assessment scores of two groups of students and the statistical results of internship teaching effectiveness were compared and evaluated.Results The theoretical exam scores[83.0(72.0,93.0)points]and simulated case exam scores[78.0(73.0,84.0)points]of the observation group were higher than those of the control group[71.0(64.0,79.0)points,72.0(68.0,77.0)],and the differences were statistical significance(P<0.05).The scores of the clinical judgment,process treatment,disease outcome and equipment application of the students in the simulated case test of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The scores of ethical knowledge,clinical skills,autonomous learning ability,teaching satisfaction and practice effect of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of intelligent mobile terminals and matrix two-dimensional code technology in anesthesia internship teaching is beneficial for strengthening the teaching effect of anesthesia internship and improving students'self-learning ability.
