Exploration on the Application of Hierarchical and Progressive Teaching Mode in Standardized Training of Residents in General Surgery
Standardized training for residents is an important way to promote the development of medical standardization in China and improve the overall level of medical and health care.The hierarchical and progressive model is a new requirement proposed by the country for standardized training of residents,aimed at meeting the demands of students at different stages and effectively ensuring the teaching quality of standardized training.General surgery is the largest department in the surgical system,characterized by many skilled operations,a wide range of knowledge,a large number of students which had different levels of ability.The hierarchical and progressive teaching model has important practical significance in the clinical teaching of general surgery.It is an important way to meet the requirements of rotating students at different levels and is also an important field actively explored by each teaching bases.At present,many residential training bases have actively attempted and explored hierarchical and progressive teaching,but there are different understandings and views.The department of general surgery of Beijing Chaoyang Hospital aims to understand the characteristics of students through admission education,and explore specific measures for hierarchical and progressive teaching in areas such as"three basics"training,scientific research ability training,medical ethics education and exit assessment content.The aim is to provide some reference for the development of hierarchical and progressive teaching work.
