将社会与情感能力培养融入医学生社会实践的思考

情商和智商是人自我发展的重要内容,越来越多的研究显示情商比智商更重要.社会与情感能力就是情商的体现,也被称为"非认知能力""软实力",是影响个人的社会和学业适应、心理健康、成功和幸福的关键因素.社会实践的核心是解决好"培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人"的重大问题,其不但要与专业学习相结合、增长才干,还要促进大学生了解国情,奉献社会,锻炼毅力、培养品格,增强社会责任感,即社会与情感能力的体现.医学生走入工作岗位即面临疾病诊治、教书育人、科学研究等多方面的压力与挑战,需要不断适应环境及角色的转变,仅通过临床实习和见习活动远远不能满足上述能力培养的需求.社会实践是医学生进入社会前的初步门户,是社会中的真实情境,可以成为社会与情感能力培养的重要载体.实践前借鉴已有经验,对医学生的社会与情感能力进行测评;实践中以评估结果为导向进行社会与情感能力的不同方面的塑造与提升;实践后通过实践效果评价及思考反馈不断改进培养方案,与此同时教师的该项能力也需要同步提高与发展,才能更好地完善该项能力的测评及培养体系,促进医学生全面发展,成为社会需要的合格人才.
Thinking of Integrating Social and Emotional Ability Training Into Medical Students'Social Practice
Emotional intelligence(EQ)and intelligence quotient(IQ)are important components of self-development.More and more studies have shown that EQ is more important than IQ.Social and emotional competence is the embodiment of emotional intelligence,also known as"non-cognitive ability"and"soft power",which is a key factor affecting an individual's social and academic adjustment,mental health,success and happiness.Social practice is the core of the solution of"cultivating what person,how to cultivate people,for who cultivate people"of the major issues,it not only with professional learning,growth talent,but also promote the students understand the national conditions,contributing to society,exercise perseverance,cultivate our character,and enhance the social sense of responsibility,that is the embodiment of the social and emotional skills.Medical students into jobs that is facing disease diagnosis and treatment,teaching,scientific research and so on various pressure and challenges,the need to constantly adapt to the environment and the change of role,only by clinical internship and practice activities far cannot meet the demand of cultivating the ability of the above.Social practice is the initial portal for medical students to enter the society,is the real situation in society,can become an important carrier of cultivating the ability of social and emotional.Before the practice,the social and emotional ability of medical students was assessed by drawing on the existing experience.Practice results oriented to different aspects of social and emotional ability of shaping and ascension.After practice,the training program is continuously improved through practice effect evaluation and reflection feedback.At the same time,the ability of teachers also needs to be improved and developed simultaneously,so as to better improve the evaluation and training system of this ability,promote the all-round development of medical students and become qualified talents needed by society.
