Objective To explore the application effect of the dual line integrated teaching model in the practical teaching of internal medicine.Methods A total of 142 undergraduate students of Classes 10-13 of grade 2019 of Jinzhou Medical University from September 2022 to January 2023 were selected for the study,in which 71 undergraduate students of Classes 12 and 13 were in the control group,applying the traditional teaching mode,and 71 undergraduate students of Classes 10 and 11 were in the experimental group,applying the the dual line integrated teaching mode.The clinical comprehensive analysis ability and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of students were observed.Results Compared with the control group[(75.18±6.23)points],the experimental group[(77.90±5.89)points]showed a significant improvement in clinical comprehensive analysis ability(P<0.05)and higher satisfaction with teaching in self-regulated learning ability,clinical thinking ability,teaching content mastery,problem-solving ability,stimulating learning enthusiasm,learning interest,language expression ability,knowledge expansion,improve learning efficiency and team cooperation ability(P<0.05).Conclusion The dual line integrated teaching model can improve teaching quality in practical teaching of internal medicine.
