基于院校合作的病理学技术大赛在教学改革中的应用探索

精准医疗时代的到来,意味着对临床上诊断许多疾病的"金标准"——病理诊断提出了更高的要求.而作为病理学诊断的基础,病理技术水平关系着病理诊断的学科发展,目前我国病理技术专业缺乏技术过硬的人才,因此为适应时代要求,病理技术人才的培养也需要创新的教学模式.需要从单纯依靠医院传帮带的模式或者专科院校的病理教研室的课堂教学模式进行改革,院校双方应当形成命运共同体,共同采取适应时代需求的教学手段提升病理技术人才的培养质量.山西医科大学汾阳学院联合山西省汾阳医院病理科举办了本次病理技术比赛,通过院校合作为病理技术教学改革提供新思路、新方法,进而提升病理技术专业学生的岗位胜任能力,为我国病理技术人才的培养提供新的模式.
Exploration on the Application of Pathology Technology Competition Based on University Cooperation in Teaching Reform
The arrival of the era of precision medicine means that the"gold standard"for clinical diagnosis of many diseases-pathological diagnosis has put forward higher requirements.As the basis of pathological diagnosis,the level of pathological technology is related to the development of pathological diagnosis disciplines.At present,there is a shortage of qualified personnel in pathological technology in our country,so in order to meet the requirements of the Times,the training of pathological technical personnel also needs an innovative teaching model.It is necessary to reform from the mode of simply relying on hospital instruction or the classroom teaching mode of pathology teaching and research department in specialized colleges.Both institutions should form a community of destiny and jointly adopt teaching methods to meet the needs of the Times to improve the training quality of pathological technical talents.This pathological technology competition organized by Fenyang College of Shanxi Medical University and the pathology department of Fenyang Hospital of Shanxi Province is to provide new ideas and new methods for the reform of pathological technology teaching through the cooperation of hospital and university,so as to improve the post competence of pathological technology students and provide a new mode for the training of pathological technology talents in China.
