Application of Rain Classroom and BOPPPS Teaching Mode Combined With CBL in Nursing Planning and Training
Objective To explore the value of bridge-objective-pre-assessment-participation-post-assessment-summary(BOPPS)of rain classroom and combined case-based learning(CBL)of BOPPPS teaching model in the teaching of obstetrics and gynecology nursing in residential nurses.Methods A total of 168 residential nurses in department of obstetrics and gynecology were selected from the Affiliated Maternity Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from August 2020 to June 2022.They were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method,with 84 nurses in each group.The control group applied the conventional training mode,and the experimental group applied the rain class and BOPPPS teaching mode combined with CBL.The assessment results and teaching effects of the two groups of residential nurses before and after training were compared.Results The results of basic theory,case analysis and clinical operation assessment after training were higher than those before training,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After training,the results of basic theory,case analysis and clinical operation were(34.41±2.46)points,(16.23±1.38)points and(33.56±4.53)points respectively in experimental group.After training,the basic theoretical scores were(28.96±3.21)points,the case analysis scores were(13.02±1.41)points,and the clinical operation scores were(28.46±4.28)points in control group.After training,the scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The teaching effect scores of resident nurses in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The rain classroom and BOPPPS teaching mode combined with CBL can improve nurses'basic theory,case analysis,clinical operation assessment scores,and recognition rate of teaching evaluation in nursing residential training work,and have certain practical value.
